I’ve learned a few key things this week about starting an online business:
1. There are several ways to approach creating an online business.
You can start by brainstorming business ideas, product ideas, what business model to use. You could just pick the first idea that comes to your beautiful mind and run with it. “Fire. Aim. Revise,” is a totally valid approach. You could even research until your hearts content, then start your business. The point is, don’t get stuck thinking there is only one way to start a business. Think outside the box.
2. There are several tools available to help you create and launch an online business
Google’s AdWords Keyword Tool is an excellent way to find out if your idea has a lot of demand, and how much competition you have.
Twitter is another great tool to educate yourself on business development of any kind, online or off. Find someone like, Leo Babauta, who has written quite a few posts about creating an online business, and follow them. They will tweet links all the time to a ton of great articles about how to build an online business. Trust me, Twitter is one of the best online universities available to anyone who wants to learn about anything. Darren Hardy, publisher of SUCCESS Magazine, is another great entrepreneur loaded with fantastic insight about business in general.

Thats all for this week.
